COVID lockdowns began the month that we were supposed to launch Impossible’s new cookbook with a national book signing tour. Well… now we needed to launch the book in a buzzy way while everyone was stuck inside – and we had 10 working days to do it.

Let’s throw an 8-hour livestreamed cook-a-thon featuring chefs, celebrities, and the Impossible team – AND let’s raise money for No Kid Hungry! If you’ve got time to kill, you can watch it at the link above.
